We had a fantastic dinner with the tastiest orange duck pâté and a beautiful turkey meal that left us stuffed. The ambiance was perfect for enjoying live music and the cozy garden area. Only downside was a bit of a chilly breeze outside, but that didn’t stop us from having a lovely evening! 🍽️

Solo traveler finds a decent stop-over
I walked into the pub and met a friendly staff member who checked me in right away. My room was clean, had everything I needed, and even came with tea and coffee, which made the stay simple and easy.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what you get.

Had a lovely stay! The room was super snug, the recently updated shower was fab! Bonus points for decent parking and a cute bar nearby for a post-stroll pint!
Oh dear, don’t expect the keys to come out easily—felt like I was wrestling a toddler! And breakfast timing? Let’s just say it could've used a little more morning cheer.

The single room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. Dinner was excellent quality, and the full English breakfast was superb. A standout feature was the lovely roof terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day. Some minor paintwork in the room needed attention, but for the price, this was easily overlooked.
